    John Alexander is the Chief Executive Officer of Elkhorn Environmental Solutions and a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states, with more than 17 years of experience in environmental engineering, site investigation, and remediation. He provides strategic leadership on complex environmental projects and helps clients navigate regulatory requirements, manage environmental risk, and advance redevelopment efforts with confidence. John brings extensive expertise in subsurface investigation and remediation, including vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation, soil vapor extraction, and groundwater management. He has led the design and implementation of vapor intrusion mitigation systems and methane mitigation systems for both new construction and existing structures affected by volatile organic compounds. Throughout his career, John has managed multidisciplinary teams on complex projects spanning commercial, industrial, and residential properties. He works closely with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to secure approvals, resolve environmental challenges, and advance sites toward closure through practical, implementable solutions.

    Greg McIver is the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Scientist at Elkhorn Environmental Solutions, with more than 25 years of experience in environmental consulting. His expertise includes site assessment, remediation strategy, regulatory management, expert witness support, and financial planning for complex environmental projects. Greg's background includes Phase I and Phase II site assessments, legal support, remedial pilot studies, remedial action design and implementation, vapor mitigation, bioremediation, cost-to-closure modeling, and risk-sharing contract structures. He has supported a wide range of project types, including industrial facilities, redevelopment sites, former dry cleaner properties, fuel and service stations, railroads, Department of Defense tank farms, irrigated lands, mines, and SCAP grant-funded projects. Throughout his career, Greg has focused on successful site closure strategy execution and effective regulatory management.

He brings a strong combination of technical expertise, operational oversight, and client-focused communication, helping lead complex environmental projects from evaluation through remediation and regulatory closure. Travis has extensive experience overseeing soil, vapor, indoor air, and groundwater investigations, as well as feasibility studies, remedial actions, and site closure strategies. His background includes remedial approaches such as vapor mitigation, air sparging, soil vapor extraction, and monitored natural attenuation, along with extensive work involving chlorinated volatile organic compounds. Throughout his career, Travis has worked with property owners, developers, and private-sector clients across a wide range of commercial, industrial, and redevelopment settings.

    Julie Ferguson brings more than 13 years of experience in the environmental industry and is a highly skilled ASTM Environmental Professional. She has conducted hundreds of environmental site assessments and sensitive receptor surveys, while contributing to complex site remediation strategies and cost estimating for a wide range of environmental projects. Julie has extensive experience supporting real estate developers, investors, and attorneys, and has served in leadership roles on multiple redevelopment projects. Her work has included affordable and senior housing, mixed-use residential-over-commercial developments, and transit-oriented developments. In addition to her environmental background, Julie brings more than 25 years of management and administrative experience, supported by degrees in accounting and business administration. Prior to her current ventures, she served as the Global Quality Director for an ISO 17025-accredited calibration laboratory with locations worldwide.

    Ivy Inouye is a Principal Toxicologist at Elkhorn Environmental Solutions with more than 25 years of experience in environmental toxicology, risk assessment, and environmental project management. She provides technical leadership on complex environmental projects and helps clients evaluate risk, navigate regulatory requirements, and advance sites toward successful closure and redevelopment. Her expertise includes human health and ecological risk assessment, vapor intrusion evaluation, indoor air quality assessment, risk-based cleanup goal development, environmental due diligence, and regulatory strategy. Her experience includes site investigation, remediation, mitigation, and regulatory strategy for projects involving volatile organic compounds (VOCs), petroleum hydrocarbons, metals, pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), and other environmental contaminants. Throughout her career, Ivy has managed multidisciplinary teams on projects spanning industrial and manufacturing facilities, port complexes, dry cleaner sites, hazardous waste facilities, abandoned mines, military installations, and commercial and residential redevelopment properties. She has extensive experience working with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to develop practical, risk-based solutions that protect human health and support successful site closure.
